The Global Coalition of Indigenous Medicines (GCIM) serves as the official licensing authority for medical, spiritual, and traditional healing practitioners within the jurisdiction of the 4A2CN Tribal Nation and under the auspices of the National Board of Naturopathic Spiritual Medicine. As the designated department for medical credentialing and professional recognition, GCIM upholds the standards of excellence, cultural integrity, and lawful practice for those serving in the fields of natural medicine, integrative health, and indigenous healing sciences.
Students who graduate from the University of Health and Spiritual Sciences (UHSS)—or from another accredited institution recognized by the Global Commission for Accreditation of Spiritual Medicine (GCASM)—may be eligible for licensure through GCIM upon fulfillment of all required educational, spiritual, and clinical competencies.
Licensure through the Global Coalition of Indigenous Medicines affirms that the practitioner is authorized to offer ministerial and traditional healing services under the protection of tribal law, in accordance with sovereign authority, spiritual ethics, and the doctrines of ancestral care.
This licensing pathway supports the continued preservation, practice, and advancement of global indigenous medicine, while protecting both practitioners and the communities they serve.
