Tribal Court Reporter

The Tribal Court Reporter is responsible for accurately recording and transcribing all official proceedings held within the Tribal Court. This includes hearings, trials, motions, and ceremonial judgments. The reporter ensures a clear, complete, and confidential record of all spoken testimony and judicial actions, supporting the integrity and transparency of the 4A2CN Tribal Justice System.

Facilitates healing-based conflict resolution circles

Peacemaker / Spiritual Advisor

Supports culturally rooted reconciliation and ceremonial justice

Tribal Prosecutor / Advocate

Represents the tribal nation or community interest in legal matters.

Defense Advocate / Legal Aid Officer

Assists tribal members in understanding or defending their legal rights.

Tribal Attorney General / Legal Counsel

Provides legal advice to the court or tribal government.
