We welcome and respectful acknowledge all First Nation as well as non-indigenous peoples to
our website. As we strive to build relationships, across cultural and vast historical roadblocks,
with other 1 st Nation peoples, we honor the descendants of our ancestors and look forward to the
sacred connection of our lands – It is the land that binds our cultures, ceremonies, and traditions.
Now comes the time, in the history of TAMA’RE, aka Turtle Island, now known as America, for
ALL Aboriginal Indigenous Peoples, aka 1 st NATION, STATUS PEOPLES of the Americas, to
repeal all forced contracts and illicit treaties which have conscripted us into forced assimilation
by those who have assumed powers of Earth; to which the laws of our Ancestors and our
Creator(s) have bestowed upon us alienable rights; which has been taken away by the stroke of a
pen by those who have colonized our lands.
We, the Allodial Aboriginal Autochthonous Indigenous Americans of the 1 st Nation Status
Tribes, do hereby declare and decree, like that of the 13 Colonies of the USA, Declaration of
Independence, signed 4 th July 1776, “hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (peoples)
are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain alienable Rights, that
among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
We, The Allodial, Aboriginal, Autochthonous Indigenous Peoples of the Americas, being the
original “Copper Colored” people originating on this soil, are living out the vision of Dr. Martin
Luther King, that is we have risen and are living out the true meaning of its creed:
We, the 4A2CN, strive to unite ALL Allodial Aboriginal Autochthonous Americans, that is
“ALL” Indigenous Copper Colored peoples originally found here in the Americas. WE must rise
and stand together, as a unified force to invoke the will of our ancestors, and indeed our
Creator(s). We look forward to working with other 1 st Nation Americans to secure the land,
restore our waters, clean our air, heal the animals and enlighten our peoples.
We invoke the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act…
